  1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within 1-14 days of your order, and then take up to two to six weeks to reach your doorstep.


  1. What's your return policy?

 Due to covid-19, we will not be able to accept any returns, or exchange scrubs, masks, headbands, or compression socks. Please consult the size chart prior to ordering. 

    In the event, you receive the wrong or defective merchandise, a replacement will be issued to you at no cost. Please contact a friendly Customer Care Specialist now at 

    Please keep in mind that many of our products are clearance items that may sell out quickly. But don't worry we are adding new special deals all the time.


    1. Can I cancel my order?

    Cancellations are possible if your product has not shipped already. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. In this case, we will not be able to honor your request for cancellation as we have no way to stop products already en route to you. 


    1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

    If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us.
